We had pizza. The crust was on point! It was a really nice experience. Or server was great! We were just passing through but searched up places serving pizza and they popped up. Definitely would recommend and if we are in the area again we will definitely stop again. I wish we had a place like this locally.

My second time here in five weeks. I’m super happy I found this gem on the south side of town. The staff is so friendly, the bartender handles drink orders, bar patrons, and call in orders. They are all fantastic at their job! I started with the most sold appetizer—cheese curd in beer batter. Yes, I saw a cook come in and get some beer to mix the batter. Fried enough to be crispy and get a cheese pull, but not greasy at all. An Alaskan Amber goes well with curds and ‘zza!! The pizza is made of the house dough baked in a brick oven. The crust comes out crispy and the toppings hot. What you see is the personal size “Meathead”. Generous toppings and plenty of cheese for a great pull when it’s hot. I stuck around to watch some baseball and I was in no hurry. That 8-10” pizza was only finished by waiting that long. It will fill you up. There is a 3% charge extra for credit cards. Service and food was above average so a generous tip was given to the college bartender attending college in Arizona. I highly recommend you stop in any night.

We enjoyed our appetizers of cheese curds and pizza. Meals were enjoyed - chicken marsala, chicken fettuccine and the diablo burger was spicy! Our dessert was shared and it was good. Sierra was an excellent server - food came out quickly and hot! She checked on us often. It was busier than I thought it would be on Easter.

Always one of my favorite restaurants in Fort. Cozy comfortable atmosphere. The menu is loaded with not only their delicious pizza...but a great variety of sandwiches and specialty items. The staff has always been extraordinary, attentive and super friendly. My son and I choose the brickhouse for lunch whenever we want to treat ourselves. We've never had a bad experience or meal at the Brick!

We’ve ordered takeout from Brickhouse many times and it has always been great, but the in-person experience is even better. The pizza is excellent and we’ve tried several varieties, all of them delicious. The wings are high quality, lightly breaded, and perfectly crispy. I recommend pairing them with the ranch and garlic butter for dipping. The “pizza plates” were the cherry on top, so unique and fun. Telsa was an amazing server; even though it was busy and she had many tables, she was attentive and gave us excellent service.

I was NOT expecting the level of flavor when I pulled up. Even though I am not a thin crust person, their crust was great. I am a cheese lover so I would like more cheese, if nothing else to hold the amazing topping tight. The sauce had good flavor and not too acidic. Did I mention the crust? Well worth the 45 minute drive from Illinois.

Went on 10/17/25, busy Friday night. Needed a table for seven people. Took about 20 minutes, staff kept us updated on availability, voluntarily brought coloring books/crayons out for three kids. Were seated, and server was efficient, friendly, attentive. Owner checked on us, as well. Food was out surprisingly quick, and was delicious. Had two different pizzas, one gluten-free. Kids had chicken tenders which were quite good. Highly recommend.
